Önder Özden

Curriculum Vitae

Özden was born in Istanbul in 1976 and graduated from the Faculty of Law at Istanbul University in 1997. Between 1997 and 2006, he worked as a lawyer in different law firms. He has been working in the field of intellectual property law since 1999. Özden, who currently runs a law firm with his partner, Att. M. Fatih Güçlü, is a member of AIPPI Turkey-International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights and LES Turkey-Association for Technology and Licensing Executives, and he carries out his scientific and daily activities continuously and extensively in order to protect, promote and popularise intellectual rights as much as possible at national, regional and international levels.

As a part-time academic, Ozden has lectured on IP Law at the Industrial Design Department of the Vocational School of Social Sciences of Beykent University in the academic year 2015-2016. Ozden has also lectured on Patent, Trademark, Copyright and Design Law for the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering of Bahceşehir University in the academic year 2018-2022.
