As far as AI-generated works are concerned, expansion of AI implemented domains are worth exploring. I have come across a term so-called “Robojournalism” in an article of which I have shared its link herein below. Within this article it was basically debated “…whether humans can be replaced by AI to generate mechanical/less creative news reports and study whether “robojournalistic” outputs can be granted copyright protection from an EU law perspective….”. In its conclusion part referring to, underlying technique of “Robojournalism”, Natural Language Generation (NLG), it is concluded that “..robojournalism follows well the negative spaces theory..” meaning that deprived of a human creator “robojournalistic” outputs should not be granted copyright protection whilst the said technique is being utilized and benefits out of that utilization are harvested by the companies resorting to NLG technique.
